This Lung Ching spring harvest exhibits delightfully distinctive toasty notes reminiscent of chestnuts and a hint of umami. It is produced in the Jiangnan tea region which covers several provinces of China and accounts for the largest share of the tea produced in China.

Preparation
12 g tea leaves (5 level tablespoons) to 1 liter of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 80°C / 176°F (let water cool for about 10 min. after boiling). Allow to brew 2 min.
Zarter Grüntee aus Zejiang
Diese Grüntee-Spezialität stammt aus Jiande in der Provinz Zhejiang unweit des Qian Dao Sees. In der üppigen Vegetation gedeiht neben Tee auch Osmanthus und Lorbeer. Die vergleichsweise milden Temperaturen gepaart mit regelmäßigen Niederschlägen sind gut für das Wachstum der Teepflanze, die unter diesen Bedingungen zarte Aromen hervorbringt.
