"Balasun”, named after a nearby river, was founded in 1871 and extends over a remarkable area of 365 m to 1375 m. During the second main harvest, many lots are processed on small rollers that produce a Second Flush par excellence. Wonderfully soft and nutty with a mahogany-colored that resists bitterness.
